This policy outlines the procedures governing refunds and returns within our organization. Please note that this policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of purchase, after which full refunds or exchanges will not be provided.

  2. Original Packaging: It should be returned with its original packaging.

Exemptions

Certain items are exempt from returns. These include:

  • Perishable Items: This category covers items like food, flowers, and newspapers.
  • Intimate or Sanitary Products: Products falling under this category cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous Materials and Flammable Substances: Items such as hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.

Additionally, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Specific Health and Personal Care Items

Please note that we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase for processing returns. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Items with Signs of Use: Items that show obvious signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Opened Items: For items like CDs, DVDs, or software that are not in their original condition.
  • Items Damaged or Missing Parts: If an item is damaged or has missing parts, provided it’s not due to our error.
  • Items Returned After 30 Days: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also eligible for partial refunds.

Refunds Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the item’s value will be issued upon receiving the returned item. If it was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
